How far in advance should I make reservations for the service?

You must make your reservations 24 hours in advance before your arrival.

Why is my pick-up time so much earlier than my flight time?

This is because International flights ask the traveler to arrive 3 hours before their flight and National flights 2 hours before their flight.

How long will the driver wait for me at my pick-up location on departure?

40 minutes after your flight lands.

Do you provide car seats?

Yes, if you want to choose your seat it has an additional cost.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be 24 hours before the service.

What is your policy for lost items in your vehicles?

We are not responsible for lost items because it is a shared service, in private services we check the units before the next service.

Do the shared airport transfers go to private houses or villas?

No, transfers are only to hotels.

What is the difference between a shared transportation service and a private transportation service?

The difference between the collective mode and the private mode is that you do not have to wait for the other passengers' flights to leave the terminal for the transport to start.

Can I cancel my airport shuttle service and get a refund?

Cancellations can only be 24 hours before the service. You will be 100% refunded.

Can I book a Cabo airport shuttle for the same day?

Yes, as long as you make your reservation 24 hours before your arrival.
